Emme's active lifestyle, fueled by her love of the outdoors and fitness, includes hiking, rowing, snowshoeing, yoga, swimming, and even camping. A former full scholarship rowing athlete at Syracuse University, she was invited to the 1984 U.S. Olympic Trials in Princeton but chose to pursue a career in journalism, starting as a sports intern with Syracuse's WTVH-TV.
Born in New York City and raised in Saudi Arabia, Emme is a single mother with a deep passion for travel and sustainability. She thrives on collaborating with forward-thinking companies that prioritize wellness, and environmental sustainability for both people and the planet.
