I was raised in Fresno CA by my Father and step-mother. Grew up feeling too tall and insecure with low self-esteem! I felt unloved because I would only see/hear from my birth mother here and there. Dad was an abusive alcoholic and my step-mother was addicted to prescription drugs! We grew marijuana in our house and my parents refused me the chance to be a rah-rah, which was the only thing I loved, so I chose the life they seemed to condone ... being a stoner! I didnt make a very good one and felt like Cinderella! Left home as soon as I turned 18, married an abusive drug addict at 19, had my daughter at 23 and divorced at 25! Met my present husband, Farmer Jim the night I was celebrating my divorce and we have been happily married for 21 yrs! We had a son together and I gave my heart to the Lord 17 yrs ago! I never knew what real peace, love and joy really was until then. God removes a layer of "me" on a daily basis and I am madly in love with Him! I live to bring Him glory by helping people to fall in love with Jesus and to see themselves the way He does! I lead SPA retreats at the coast (about 6-8 a yr) and help women to live a balanced life by getting fit Spiritualy, Physicaly, And emotionally! They leave blessed and changed forever, and so do I!
